AIM-USA 2016 COLLEGE TOUR
The Vancouver International Universities Fair is NACAC's international fair, co-hosted by International Association for College Admission Counseling (IACAC).
The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), founded in 1937, is an organization of more than 15,000 professionals from around the world dedicated to serving students as they make choices about pursuing postsecondary education.

Please ensure there are no outstanding fees on your tuition balance. Any fees paid when will be paid to clear tuition outstanding on your account.
Make the deposit of US$350 to AIM-USA Student Office and collect the NACAC Invitation Letter for the Embassy. The deadline for the first payment installment of $350 USD is March 25th. This deposit is part-payment on the travel package covering: airfare, round-trip air transportation, accommodation and breakfast only.

Identify a Bank of Nova Scotia to pay the application fee for the embassy of $185 CND ($140 USD),
The organizers will provide a date for travel to the Canadian Visa Application where you will receive assistance with the application process.
Make the payment of the remaining $550 to AIM-USA Student Office, this amount should be paid by April 1, 2016

If you are not granted the visa, the deposit will be refunded to you 100%. However, if you are granted the visa and decide not to travel the deposit is non-refundable.
