Be the presenter at AIM-USA Admission Information Sessions online.
Undertake targeting and building new relationships for the college. This will be accomplished through promoting AIM-USA and its program features to students who join these weekly Information Sessions online.
Developing and implementing the strategic sales plan for building relationships with the participants, developing new ones, and closing the sales.
Be responsible for generating leads from these weekly pre-organised Information Sessions to contribute to the learner enrollment at AIM-USA.
The goal is to close the sale, that is getting the participants to apply for admission.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Successful candidate will have excellent computer, interpersonal and communications skills, they will be able to work individually but function as an effective team member with Career Services, Admissions, and Academics. Public speaking, follow-through, organization and record keeping skills are essential.
Experience in sales, B2B experience, admissions, recruiting, career services, management, and sales is a plus. This position is executed online so reliable internet and computer is compulsory.
Strong written and verbal presentations skills are a must with a proven ability communicating with and influencing a wide range of audiences.
Solid technical skills including Microsoft Office
A Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) and at two - four years of related work experience are required.
Previous sales, recruitment firm and other metric driven work experience will be considered.
